carefully threaded of blues, pinks, and whites,
reflecting the colors of my soul
this is my solace.
with winds to guide me,
an ocean to sway me,
sand to anchor me,
the sky, in its beauty,
watches over me
as I find that I am home
where the sun smiles
brightest upon me,
where I am happiest,
where I am free.
Every time I read this poem a sense of solace washes over me! ♥️
